The Hellenic Fiscal Council (HFISC) according to Law 4270/14 (art. 58, par. 2), evaluates the macroeconomic projections included in the Draft of the yearly State Budget. The fact that the economy is in adjustment program agreed with the Institutions poses limitations as to the extent and depth of the current evaluation. This evaluation is based on data information given to HFISC by the General Directorate of Economic Policy of the Ministry of Finance as well as our own estimates.
